Knorr® Mango Lime Fajita Skillet

Ingredients :

  • 1 (1 pound) flank steak
  • half of cup lime juice, divided
  • 3 tablespoons greater-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • 1 candy onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (5.Four ounce) package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice
  • 1 big ripe mango - peeled, seeded, and reduce into cubes
  • 1/four cup cilantro, minced
  • salt and pepper to flavor
  • flour tortillas (optionally available)

Instructions :
