Deep-Fried Prawn and Rice Croquettes

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or more to flavor
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, or extra to flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or as wanted
  • 1 egg
  • half of cup bread crumbs

  • Melt butter in a big skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook dinner and stir till softened and browned, approximately five minutes.
