Fiesta Egg Skillet

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • half cup sliced onion
  • 1 (5.4 ounce) bundle Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • half of teaspoon salt
  • 1/four teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions :

  • Heat oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook dinner until translucent, approximately five minutes. Remove onions from skillet and set apart. Add Knorr(R) Fiesta Sides(TM) - Mexican Rice to skillet and cook dinner according to bundle instructions.
